Esther is our head of content, and has a dual role as conservation manager for our carbon offset partners, Fire Island Conservation. She also boasts being nominated as Scotland’s Ambassador of Rock by Hard Rock Café, once-upon-a-time.

Her experience in communications spans over two decades. For the last ten years, Esther has been working in conservation through marine eco-tourism, research and conservation institutions, helping to showcase their projects and research across social media platforms. She has co-authored three scientific research papers and knows the importance of research and quantified data to bolster conservation efforts. In 2023, she gained a Project Management for Wildlife Conservation qualification with WildTeam.

Esther’s true passion lies in conservation and marine life, and she aims to ensure her daughters get to experience the wonders of nature that she has grown up with. She also controls the office naughty jar for anyone who dares bring single-use plastic to work.
