Are the villas serviced?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included. Towels are also provided and laundry is included.

Is catering included?
Tsai-Tsai Villas are all self-catering. There is a list of third-party approved chefs who are available on request.

How do I get to Tsai-Tsai Villas?
Vilanculos International Airport (VNX) is only 15 minutes from the property. Airlink flies daily from Johannesburg, and LAM operates flights from Maputo. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request with approved taxi services.

Is it safe?
Yes, Vilanculos is a safe and peaceful town. Tsai-Tsai Villas are all inside a fenced perimeter and we have 24-hour gate and night guards.

Do I have direct access to the beach?
Yes, each villa has its own path to the beach and guests have shared access to the Tsai-Tsai beach lounge.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in all the villas. Please note that the connection can sometimes be slow or unreliable.

What is the weather like?
The cooler, more settled months are May to October. The hotter, more humid months with higher rainfall probability are from November to April. However, the weather can be unpredictable at any time of year.

Can I bring my family?
Yes, Tsai-Tsai Villas are family-friendly. Cots can be provided on request. Children must be supervised around pool areas at all times.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 10:30am. A villa manager will meet you on arrival.
