Rack Rates 2024

• These Rack Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of the 15% VAT Rates are subject to change without notice.
• A Guest Conservation Contribution of ZAR 125 (inclusive of the 15% VAT) per person per day will be added upon confirmation.
• The RATE includes luxury accommodation – Wifi – all meals – teas, coffee and breakfast juice – complimentary teas, coffee and bottled water in the chalet
  – two open vehicle safaris per day
• The RATE does not include any beverages from the bar – laundry service – telephone calls – purchases from the boutique, spa treatments and air and road
  transfers to/from the lodge.
• Accommodation for the driver/guide is ZAR 2700,00 per night non-commissionable. This includes all meals. The inclusion of game drives will depend on
  the occupancy status.
• Private use of a safari vehicle accompanied by an expert guide is available on request.Check-in Time 14h00

Child Policy

• At Mkuze Falls we cater for children of all ages

Due to safety and health reasons, children under the age of 6 years are not permitted to go on game drives.

• A short “Baby Game Drive” after breakfast can be arranged upon arrival.

Our Chalets and Suite can accommodate a maximum of two children under the age of 13 years, sharing with two adults:

• Two Extra beds in the room for the children
• A camping cot for babies upon request

Babysitting facilities can be arranged.

• Services at R 70.00 per child per hour – to be booked in advance

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guest’s arrival, unless the booking is
made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
50% of booking value charged if cancellation is 45 to 30 days prior to arrival
100% of booking value charged if cancellation is 29 days or less prior to arrival
All reservations, amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing.

Payment Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all direct reservations.
The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are to be settled fully upon confirmation.

Child Policy

Children who have not yet turned 3 by the date of arrival stay free of charge. Children from the age of 3 up to their 6th birthday will be charged 25%.
Children from the age of 6 up to their 12th birthday will be charged 50% Children 12 years and older sharing with adults will be charged the full adult rate.
Children under 6 will not be allowed on game drives unless parents have the sole use of the vehicle. Vehicle exclusivity must be pre-booked.
