Fitzpatrick’s at Jock - Rack Rates

• Villa Rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of 2 daily game drives, guided
wilderness walks, all meals, a selection of house beverages, game drives beverages and snacks, kids EcoExplorers programme, 15% VAT and Tourism levy for up to 6 persons.
– The rates exclude the Kruger National Park conservation levy (which is charged as a once off fee at the
South African nationals’ rate irrespective of guests nationality), premium beverages, discretionary
gratuities and all items of a personal nature, which must be settled directly prior to departure.

• Fitzpatrick’s at Jock can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults (2 x adults per bedroom) and an additional 4
children between the ages of 0- 11 years by means of additional bunk beds.
– Additional children exceeding the 6 persons inclusion will incur the child supplementary rate as
specified above.
– Additional children between the age of 0- 5 years exceeding the 6 persons inclusion are welcomed on a
complimentary basis.

• The Villa Rate is the minimum rate applied to secure the lodge, no discounts or refunds will be given should
the lodge be occupied by less than six (6) persons.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• All rates exclude specialist meals (i.e., certified outsourced Halaal and Kosher meals)

• We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year. A minimum 2-night stay restriction is
applicable over the Festive Season (15 December 2024 – 12 January 2025).

• Contracted rates:
-Only RACK rates are allowed to be published via any and all mediums.
-All rates listed as “Nett” are confidential and subject to providing the source/origin of bookings as well
as the origin of guests at the time of booking.

Children’s Policy Applicable to Fitzpatrick’s at Jock

• This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old.

• Persons under the age of 13 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.

• Children staying at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock:
– Children from 0 up to and including 5 years are permitted at Fitzpatrick’s at Jock ONLY.
– Additional beds can accommodate a maximum of one child each OR two children per bunk bed (11
years or younger)
– Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot.
– Complimentary child minding is offered during game drive hours, additional child minding can be
secured at an additional cost outside of these times.
– Additional children from 0 up to and including 5 years old:
▪ are accommodated on a complimentary basis when sharing a room with adults – dependent
on the availability of cots and/or additional bed.
▪ are permitted on game drives conducted within the Jock Safari Lodge Concession only
o Additional children from 6 up to and including 11 years old:
▪ are accommodated at the child supplementary rate when sharing a room with adults –
dependent on the availability of rooms with an additional bed.
▪ are permitted on game drives.

• Persons 12 years and older are considered adults.
